Symposium Schedule

On April 21st and 22nd contributors to the MWMS project will get together to share initial research discoveries and written drafts, explore common insights and questions, and consider emergent project-level ideas and arguments that will be relevant to the book publication. Contributors will also engage with students enrolled in the “Material World of Modern Segregation” course (students will participate in a few of the Friday sessions).

The audience for the symposium will include MWMS contributors and their AMCS / Olin Library collaborators and a small number of invited guests from the Washington University community, including students from L98 3190.*  The Friday morning plenary and morning / afternoon panels will be open to all these groups; the Friday afternoon workshops and Saturday book-planning sessions, Olin archive and site visits, and final debrief will be [read more]
